Tom and the gang have been living every child’s dream – smashing through walls with a sledgehammer! The space has been remodelled and the floor is done, we’re just waiting for the delivery of the machinery. It won’t be long now before the first cheeses come off the production line so get the crackers out the cupboard and unscrew the chutney!
